The school is located at the center of Sendai, the Forest City. Nearby is the Jouzenji-dori avenue with massive trees on both sides. We have nice view of the Mt. Izumigatake to our north-west.
"Be fit and flexible" is our motto. We put stress on chorus and physical education. The "Play Day" and the "Chorus Concert" are our two biggest annual school events.
3rd graders and above study Sendai's nature and history. This is carried out as the part of the "total study" and the theme varies year to year.
Every year in June, we hold a session to display parts of our achievements.
