The school is located in Wanaka, where people struggled with water for a long time. Surrounding the school are vast rice fields.
"To bring up broad-minded and active children" is the school objective. And we are in the pursuit of realizing the objective.
We first installed computers in 1990 school year. They have been used in Japanese classes and in set-aside leisurely times to help children acquire computer literacy.
Reflecting today's trend of smaller number of children, activities vertically across the grades are now included in the curriculum to help children develop better human relationships among them.
