- The school is located in the north east of Hiroshima city. The climate
of the school area is mild. Though it occasionally snows in winter, it
is cool and rains just right in summer. On the west of the school is a
mountain right next to us, so the sun sets swiftly. But
on our east, casts the lively morning sun light. Its beauty
has been adored in the school song since first introduced in 1973.
The number of children once went down to 85 in 1990 school year. Then
a dramatic increase occurrd in number of occupants of a housing complex.
That meant an increase in number of school children.
In 1995 school year, we have 430 children, 13 classes, and 22 staff.
