Rokugo-machi is located in a fan shaped land developed in Ouu Mt. Range at the north of Akita prefecture, and is known as a land of clean water. Rokugo Junior High is the only junior high in the town and has a history of 50 years.
Cooperation, pursuit, patience are the components of the school moto. Students are cheerful and gentle. They are anxious to learn computers, and now search for ways to use the Internet in various aspects with interests and expectations.
