The school is located at the east of Komatsu, the second biggest city in Ishikawa, with a population of a little short of 110,000, and is in a nice environment of green fields and the sacred mountain range of Hakusan.
Today, we have six courses of the machine system, the electric, the electronic information, the architecture, the civil engineering, and the material courses. Under the school motto, "be simple and tough, and self-controlled and self-governed", we carry on technical education of practical values, where basics are stressed. Yet areas of state of the arts are also emphasized.
There are 19 sport clubs and 14 culture circles. Such achievements as that four clubs and circles won the entries to the national meetings contributes to flourish the school lives of the students.
