Hyogo Technical High was established in 1902 at a symbolic area in Hyogo. Since then it experienced many changes. In the World War II, it was burnt down, then, following the end of the War, moved to Wadamiyadoori, Hyogo-ku, the current address, in July 1946.
We are about two kilometers to the south of JR Hyogo station.
We have eight courses, and are the largest technical high in the prefecture. The courses are the architecture, the mechanical, the electric, the industrial chemistry, the civil engineering, the design, the electronics, and the information technologies.
We are in search of what a technical high ought be to go along with the time. As one of the measures to be taken, we installed a LAN in one of the rebuilt school buildings with a aim to become an intelligent school.
