The center was established to provide audio visual education to the citizens with the aims to better and enhance their living and cultural standards, and to promote school education and community education.
Our six major functions are the information center, the educational materials supply center, the education materials production center, the training center, and the research and development center.
We carry out a variety of undertakings as the information dispatching base in cooperations with the schools and the community education facilities. Opinion exchange with our users is the first in our priority list.
