Uploading Data via E-mail

Procedures for uploading text data are as follows:

Data received will be uploaded to the server upon CII approval. Please note that certain information may not be approved. In particular, the following categories of information fall outside the scope of the server's operational directives:

• Information counter to Project Objectives
• Information harmful to public morals
• Information damaging the reputation or interests of a third party
• Information infringing third-party copyright
• Information in violation of network regulations

1) Enter your E-mail address in the registration form below and click on the 'Submit' button. CII will acknowledge your upload request by E-mail.

2) Upon receiving E-mail acknowledgement from CII, please respond using your 'Reply' function. The CII address will be entered automatically in the 'To' field. When using the 'Reply' function, please be sure to delete any incidental brackets (such as '>').

3) After typing in all required registration information, please post to CII.
